Account and Data Deletion for zBridge

This page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your account and associated data for the zBridge application, available on the Google Play Store and on the web at zbridge.club.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to:
admin@zbridge.club
In your email, please include the following information to help us verify your identity:
- Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your zBridge Username
- The Email Address associated with your zBridge account.
For your security, we can only process requests sent from the email address registered to your account.
What Happens When Your Account is Deleted?
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently delete your personal data from our systems. This includes:
- Data that will be deleted:
- Your account details (username, email address, password).
- Your profile information.
- Your friends list and private messages.
- Your personal game history, including played hands and results.
- Data that may be retained:
- We may retain anonymized and aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you (e.g., overall game statistics, usage analytics) for the purpose of improving our Service.
- We may also retain certain information for a limited period if required for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, or to comply with legal obligations.
The deletion process will be completed within 30 days of your request.
